- Customized configurations are available via professional services (time and materials fees).

- Shared accounts are currently serviced by 4 clustered dedicated nodes + dual hot/standby Linux-HA routers + 2 MySQL/File servers. We will add nodes based on load.
- Web and application servers are NOT directly connected to live internet IPs, all machines are behind the firewall on private networks to comply with PCI standards.
- Current additional data & transfer overage prices: Additional storage or bandwidth @ $2.50/GB/month. Overage rates subject to change without notice.
