- All accounts and servers are managed. Due to the cluster infrastructure we do not permit root access.
- Customized configurations are available via professional services (time and materials fees).
- No Spam Policy: No bulk-email / mass mailer applications permitted without custom configuration. We recommend ConstantContact.
- Shared accounts are currently serviced by 4 clustered dedicated nodes + dual hot/standby Linux-HA routers + 2 MySQL/File servers. We will add nodes based on load.
- Web and application servers are NOT directly connected to live internet IPs, all machines are behind the firewall on private networks to comply with PCI standards.
